Super star people working in this location. There are lot of varieties for $4.99 and if you are a Military Personnel -you get 0.50 cents discount. They can also make Special Veggie Pizza custom made -they can bring to your table. They have deserts . All of them are made fresh, good and great. They throw away anything that's not good immediately. Drake is an Awesome and outstanding manager . he has a passion, he loves the job and he really travels extra mile all the time. Other nice people to recognize are Rachel and Taylor. They are young, quick and great people.

Pizza had finally gotten better so we were starting to come back. However, a huge blob of sauce that was still so hot (even after it had been sitting for a few minutes in the bar and on the plate....others got some of the same pizza) dribbled when my husband took a bite. Now he has a large blister on his face and pain. Told manager he shrugged and said sorry. I had to ask for burn cream. They were very dismissive of the whole incident. Meanwhile, 3 days later, my husband still has a large whelt and an open sore on his face. When a burn blisters it can be bad. This manager did not care at all. Have had lots of people tell us to seek an attorney......thinking we should at least check it out!

$7.50 for all you can eat semi-decent pizza, salad, pasta and a drink. You almost can not complain about it. And the funny little sayings they do when they bring out new pizza's is entertaining. Overall not a bad place for lunch.

I came to CiCi's for dinner with my son on Centre Pointe Drive in North Charleston because my son loves their Alfredo pizza. It's the only item he can eat here because of his allergies. It was not already on the buffet so I placed the order with one of the staff working the buffet. They gave me a little flag to place on my table. Another lady had placed the same order some time after me. Ten minutes later, the same staff that took my order gave an entire Alfredo pizza to this other woman. I walked back with her and told her that we had ordered the Alfredo long before this woman did and that the pizza was supposed to go to us. She got upset and told her manager that TWO people had ordered the same pizza, as if she didn't already know this. I saw the manager immediately put another Alfredo pizza in the oven. He came over and told me that it would be out in just a minute. I explained that I had placed the order more than ten minutes before and that his staff gave our pizza to someone else. I also said that I would not wait another ten minutes for my son to eat while he sits and watches me eat. That is not right. The restaurant was not very busy, and apparently we were the only two people that had ordered a special pizza as we were the only one's with flags. The only thing the manager could say to me was, "Well, people make mistakes!" Are you kidding me??? No Sir, you don't make mistakes because that would mean the difference between GOOD customer service and BAD customer service. How difficult is it to keep TWO orders straight??? Apparently, he has incompetent people working for him. I walked out after paying for two buffets and the manager never tried to return my money for my son. The only good thing I can say is that the place was clean. Other than that, the buffet had no variety (only pepperoni and hamburger pizza's) and the noodles for the marinara were hard. I was scraping the bottom of the container because they were almost out. And since when does CiCi's NOT have cheesy, garlic bread on their buffet???. I hate to see this place if it gets REALLY busy.. NEVER, NEVER, NEVER again will I patron this establishment!

There's no way a pizza place would be busy at 1:30 on a Saturday, right? Ha. I'm naïve. The place was packed on this mid afternoon. $20 for 2 adults and a kid, and we were off. The salad bar offerings looked fresh. The pizzas were coming out fairly quickly, so there was always something fresh. A usual assortment of cheese, pepperoni, veggie, sausage.... Desserts were also fresh. I guess that's the good thing about being busy - constant replenishment of the buffet! Pasta quality has always been terrible, but the pizza was decent. It's a pizza buffet, we aren't shooting for gormet here... The staff wasn't thrilled to be working there, but at least they weren't blatantly rude. One note: bathrooms needed work. There was a pile of meat in my stall.... Overall, it wasn't bad. Good for the purpose it serves: all you can eat pizza for cheap.

It's CiCi's pizza. I prefer the Mt. Pleasant location to the this one at the Tanger Outlets, but if you have a little kid that loves this sort of thing, like I do, then this is the place to bring them. Just be warned that this place is a total crazy house on the weekends!

It's a good value for $5.00. My problem with Cicis is that they don't have a variety. When I was there, the pizza varieties were traditional pepperoni, traditional cheese, pepperoni and jalapenos, pepperoni on white sauce, chicken on white sauce, cheese on white sauce, spinach on white sauce, and thick (square) pepperoni. Are vegetables that expensive??? I noticed several people ordering pizzas with mushrooms, peppers, onions, etc. that the servers would bring to the customers' tables. But they didn't take the hint -- that people want variety-- and place any out on the bar. The salad bar is decent. I actually got some black olives, peppers and onions and put them on my slices of pizza. They didn't have the barbecue pizza, the mac and cheese pizza, or the taco pizza the day I went. Cicis needs to realize that not everyone wants pepperoni. And who in their right mind would want white sauce on a pizza?! I tried some and tasted like just ranch dressing. Ick. Tomato sauce all the way for me! On the plus side, the restaurant was clean.
